Tiistai – Partner Workout (time cap 40min)

Keskiviikko – Active recovery day

Torstai – Weightlifting day, build to heavy singles for snatch and clean.

Perjantai – 3 short interval + OH Strenght

Lauantai – R0w, Thrusters and Bar MU / Burpee pull ups (every 5 min for 5 times)

Sunnuntai – Rest day
